Matt Zhang-General Manager(Founder)
Q: How many years have you been worked on eyewear industry?
A: Around 24 years.
Q: What’s your responsibilities?
A: I take care of customers’ needs and have fully understanding of their expectations on project. I control from concept/design and give the technical support. Monitor every step from prototyping till fine products delivering. To make sure every step are proceeding in the correct way.

Q: How many years have you been worked on eyewear industry?
A: Around 14 years for exporting eyewear and handling projects.
Q: Where did the name “United Optical” come from?
A: I love the connection with different people. I have met lots of different customers during these 14 years and many of them are friends of mine now. Thus, I hope to run a company which has different partners around the world and we get together to make something happen. That’s how “United” come from.

Q: Why did you choose this area?
A: I have been studied in the UK before and I love to communicate with people who have different cultural background. Besides, I hope to know more about fashion and offer the best service to my customers.
Q: How do you think of “United Optical”?
A: This is an amazing group which has clear values and would like to gather people who have the same values together. This idea is attractive and practical.
Flora Shen- Sales Executive
Q: How do you feel about your work?
A: I love it very much. I really enjoy answering questions from our customers. Their needs are our priority and I must have fully understandings of their requirements.Importantly, I like to make friends with people all over the world. Until now, almost all the customers we are working with are our best friends.
Q: How many years have you commited to this job?
A: oh, 8 years, how time flies! Normally when you are enjoying what you’re doing, we forget the time…
Sophia Xu-Technical Designer
Q: What made you become a technical designer?
A: I am addicted to construction and I have gifts on perceiving engineering data. I love to de-structure the complicated concepts to make it simple and become real.
Q: How did you respond to customers’ needs?
A: I ensure the fully understandings of their needs and do my best to fulfill them.

A: Around 24 years.
Q: What’s your responsibilities?
A: I specialized in production. I make sure every products we are delivering to customers are selling well and have continuing growing on the business.I touch the products everyday, paying attention to the quality, timing and evaluating the work always meets the customer’s expectations.
